The Pediatric Cardiology
clinical service provides special care to infants and children with
heart disease that can not be met or understood by adult cardiology
services.

coverage is always available, including Medical, Invasive,
Intensive, Interventional and CT surgical services.
All of the pediatric

The staff are trained and
certified Pediatric Cardiographers.
State of the art equipotents
include electrocardiographs, echocardiographs, color flow Doppler,
Holter monitors, exercise treadmill and pulse oximeter.
Consults are provided for UMHC,
Green Meadows Clinics, CRH, MMMH, Boone Hospital Center, and Capital
Regional Hospital.
Outreach clinics are
established in Hannibal, Kirksville and Fort Leonard Wood.
Clinical Services are
available for congenital heart disease, acquired heart disease,
hypertension, hyperlipidemia, syncope and chest pain and fetal
echocardiography.
