Dr.
Nitin Patel earned his medical degree from Jabalpur University Government
Medical College in Jabalpur, India. Following
the completion of an externship in pediatrics at St. John’s Hospital in
Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Patel completed his residency in pediatrics at the
New York Medical College, Lincoln Program, in the Bronx, New York.
He was awarded two fellowships.
His first fellowship was in pediatric neurology and his second in
epileptology: Both were
completed an UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School Program in Newark.
He currently serves as assistant professor at the University of
Missouri Hospital and Clinic, Department of Child Health in Columbia,
Missouri. Dr. Patel is board
eligible in neurology and board certified in pediatrics.
Dr.
Patel provides neurologic testing and treatment for cephalic disorder,
cerebral palsy, headaches, migraines, movement disorders, and tumors.
He specializes in pediatric neurology, epilepsy and neuro metabolic
disorders.
Dr.
Patel provides extensive experience, compassion, and the latest technology
in addressing neurological concerns for the patient and their family.
Dr. Patel speaks English, Hindi and Gujarati.
He
